My key takeaway of social media is this (beware it sounds like a real cliché); Social media is about being social. What it’s not for, is publishing content and then going off the grid. If we really want to be engaging, we have to take part in the conversation. Especially when the customer won’t expect us to do so.

My Story. The Short One.
Business minded gaming enthusiast. Believer of learning by doing.
Born in 1994 in Tampere Finland. Pretty regular family. Was a sweet but crazy child. Got in to all kinds of trouble. Was business minded already at age 7. Founded my own flea market in my room and started selling used toys to customers. (well, to my parents)
Wasn’t a great student. Didn’t like school. Played a lot of video games. (a lot) Got introduced with xbox. It changed my life. Created lifelong friendships playing online. Got my first summer job at the age of 14. Been working ever since.
Moved away from home at the age of 15 to another city (Jyväskylä) for school. Learned and improved my visual skills. Played more video games. Didn’t like my time there. Liked people though. Made lifelong friendships. Graduated. Moved back home at the age of 18.
Stayed home for a year. Worked in Lidl as a Shop Assistant. Had a lot of fun. Realized how important customer service is. Played more video games. Got in to esports.
Didn’t know what to do with my life. Moved into Vantaa. (because why not) Lived with a friend whom I met 6 years ago online. Worked at a Lidl in a different city. Hated it. Realized how important company culture is. Went Interrailing.
Saw a Facebook post about founding a social media agency. It changed my life. (again) Together we formed a group where no one had any marketing background. Just motivation.
Founded a social media agency at the age of 19. First client never paid the bills. Started BBA studies. Still didn’t like school. Met awesome people and made new friends.
Business was a struggle. Started to work smarter. Solved problems. Learned from mistakes. Built great client relationships. Met with big time CEO’s and executives. Understood that even they are just people.
4 years of running the show. Now on track to do 750k revenue in this year. Been working with amazing people. Always hungry for more.
